Hours
Mon – Sun, 09:00 – 22:00
Romania time (EET, UTC+2 / UTC+3 in summer) — the whole European workday and US mornings.
Where we work
Worldwide
Editing, scripts and AI UGC ads remotely; on-site filming in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest.
How it goes, step by step
You message us
Tell us what you need — a package, an ad, an idea.
We reply
With the essential questions and, if you want, a quote on the spot.
We start
You send the footage (or the product link for AI ads), or in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest we schedule the shoot. Your first edit is free.
You get your videos
Ready to post, with revisions included in every package.
What to write in your first message
Not required — you can just say “hi” and we'll take it from there. But for a quote on the spot, include:
- What you sell or do (one sentence is enough)
- What you want from the videos: sales, followers, awareness
- Whether you have footage, want AI UGC ads, or need filming in Cluj-Napoca or Bucharest
- How many videos you plan (one to test or consistent posting)
- The deadline, if there is one
Why WhatsApp (or email), not forms
Speed
A WhatsApp message gets a reply in minutes, not in “5 business days”. When the trend is now, a classic contact form is already too slow.
All history in one place
The brief, the footage, the versions, the feedback — it all stays in the same thread. Nothing gets lost.
You talk to the editor, not a bot
No chatbot, no account manager who “passes it on”. The person who replies is the person who cuts your clip.

Questions about getting in touch
How long until I get a quote?
If you message us between 09:00 and 22:00 Romania time, we usually reply right away and you get a quote in the same conversation, within minutes. The more details in your first message, the faster we get to concrete numbers.
Can I call you?
Yes, at +40 755 428 602 — though we recommend a WhatsApp message or email: everything stays in writing, you can send files, and we can reply even in the middle of an edit. Prefer a video call? Ask and we'll set one up.
Do you work with clients from any country?
Yes. Editing, scripts and AI UGC ads are 100% remote. On-site filming is available in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest, Romania, with no travel fee.
What happens after the first message?
We ask 2-3 questions to understand exactly what you need, give you the price and turnaround, and if it's a fit, we start — or we do your free first edit so you can see the quality.
